About RCA
A referee-focused organisation, not a generic sports vendor
Referee College of Australia works on one thing: officiating. Developing referees, supporting the organisations that run competitions, and building the technology both depend on.
What RCA does
RCA works across three connected areas: coaching individual officials, helping organisations run their referee programmes, and building the technology that underpins both. They stay connected deliberately — what we learn coaching officials shapes how we support programmes, and both shape what we build.
In most sporting organisations officiating is handled after everything else is sorted. Here it is the whole focus. That shows up in how coaching is delivered, how programmes are supported, and in tools built for referee programmes rather than adapted from general sports-club software.
Approach
Coaching, not just certification

Working alongside organisations, not just selling to them
- We work with the coordinators, coaches and structures an organisation already has
- If something isn't a fit for your programme, we'd rather say so than sell it
