This Privacy Policy covers this website (https://refereecollegeofaustralia.com.au), operated by Referee College of Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 53 676 494 670), trading as Referee College of Australia, of Marrickville, New South Wales, Australia (“RCA”, “we”, “us”). It does not cover RCA’s separate software products — RefCentral and RefEval each have their own privacy documentation for the accounts and data held within those platforms.

What we collect

This website is a static, informational site. We collect:

• Information you submit through the contact form — your name, email address, optional organisation name and your message — solely to respond to your enquiry.
• Aggregate, privacy-preserving analytics about how the site is used (via Vercel Analytics), which does not use cookies to track individual visitors across sites.

We do not require you to create an account to use this website, and this website does not itself store your data in a database — contact-form submissions are sent by email to RCA and are not otherwise retained by the site.

Who else handles this information

We use a small number of service providers to run this website:

• Vercel — website hosting and the aggregate analytics described above.
• Resend — the email service that delivers contact-form enquiries to our inbox.

These providers operate infrastructure outside Australia, so information you submit through the contact form may be processed or stored overseas, including in the United States. They handle it only to provide their service to us.

How we use it

Contact-form information is used only to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
