Purpose-built technology for referee programmes and referee development
RCA builds the tools it uses to run its own referee work, then makes them available to the programmes it supports.
RCA didn’t set out to build software. It set out to run referee programmes properly, and kept hitting the same walls — availability in one spreadsheet, grading in someone’s head, payments reconciled by hand, feedback lost after the game. RefCentral and RefEval exist because those problems needed solving from inside a referee programme, not from a generic sports-club product adapted to fit.
