Operations and program-management technology for referee programmes.
RefCentral is the operations side: officials, competitions, availability, rostering, payments and communications in one place. It exists because RCA had to do all of that weekly, and doing it across separate spreadsheets stopped working.
Rostering
Building and running the roster, week to week
- Availability, fixtures and grading requirements considered together, not reconciled afterwards
- Conflicts and vacancies surfaced before game day, not discovered on it
- A roster you can defend when someone asks why a game was allocated that way
Payments
Fees and payment batches, in the same place as the roster
- Fees calculated from your own rates and the games actually worked
- Batches locked to a reviewed snapshot, then exported to your accounting workflow
- RefCentral prepares the payment run — it doesn't process payroll or move money
